Mr. Bill can teach us a lot about living in the New World Order.

As an ordinary citizen, Mr. Bill is naively going about his daily life. He attempts to use logic and reasoning to make decisions about situations. However, this doesn't pan out so his fears begin to grow and he becomes more paranoid.

Mr. Hand, who closely represents government, always allays Mr. Bill's fears and concerns about situations by appearing to have his best interests in mind. In reality, Mr. Hand bullies and intimidates Mr. Bill and is only concerned with what benefits Mr. Hand.

Poor Mr. Bill slowly learns that no matter how much he tries to adapt to changing circumstances he is forever on the losing end.
