I don't really understand what the problem is... Seems the wife was driving and the intoxicated husband was sitting as a passenger. He was tasered allegedly 15 times!
Now what's the problem here? Were the cops targeting the vehicle? Perhaps they followed it from a bar but that still does not give them the reasons to do what happens in the video. What about the comments re: the candy bar? With there being so many cops was this a set-up drug bust?
Watch how the COPS get out of control - raising their voices and escalating the situation quickly such that they HAVE TO whip out their tasers. It is the COPS that are OUT-OF-CONTROL with tasers and these things need to be taken away from them. COPS abuse them CONSTANTLY and it gives them a POWER surge (excuse the pun) that they don't need.
